Booking & Payment

Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, but booking an appointment (especially for larger / longer services) is recommended. 

Appointments are accepted via online booking only and must be secured with a credit card. Nothing is charged at the time of booking, instead your credit card number is held against late cancellation or no show events. 

Payment is taken by Debit, MasterCard, Visa, and AmEx. Cash is accepted, but I do not have change on hand. If necessary e-transfer can be arranged.  

Between The Cheeks, Deep Bikini, Brazilian, Ballzilian, & BB Brazil services 19+ only. 

The Body Politik has a 24 hour cancellation policy. 

Cancellations or requests to reschedule occurring less than 24 hours prior or outside of business hours are charged 50% of the cost of services booked.  

No show appointments, and appointments which cannot be completed due to lateness will be charged the full cost of the services booked.

If you are sick please reschedule your appointment. Please contact us directly by email to do this if you've passed your cancellation window online. 

The studio is located inside East Vanity Parlour, however we don't share reception and they don't handle my schedule. When you arrive please take a seat and I will be out to get you at your appointment time.  

In consideration of other clients, it may not always be possible to accommodate late arrivals. Plan to arrive with time to secure parking and allow for any transit or traffic issues. 

For both privacy and safety reasons we request that friends and significant others wait in the reception area. We also request that children and animal companions (with the exception of service animals) not accompany you to your appointment.
